• Comprehensive Health Assessment An in-depth review of your medical history, current symptoms, nutrition habits, lifestyle patterns, and overall health concerns to gain a complete understanding of your wellbeing. • Targeted Physical Examination A focused physical evaluation tailored to your primary complaint and specific health needs. • Laboratory & Functional Diagnostic Testing (as needed) Recommendations and orders for conventional laboratory tests or functional diagnostic evaluations if further investigation is required. • Personalized Treatment Plan A customized care plan designed specifically for your case, which may include: – Lifestyle and behavioral modifications – Supplementation recommendations – Nutrition and dietary guidance – Natural and integrative therapies such as acupuncture, electroacupuncture, fire cupping, moxibustion, TENS therapy, and more. **Treatment may or may not be provided during the first visit, depending on your specific case.
Appointment Policy
• Appointments by Reservation Only We provide care by appointment only. This allows us to offer personalized, timely service and ensure each patient receives the attention they deserve. • Deposit & Cancellation Policy A 50% deposit of the selected service is required at the time of booking. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable if you do not attend your appointment or if you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice. • Online Payments Our platform accepts payments through Stripe (Visa, American Express, Discover, Mastercard, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and more) as well as PayPal. Both payment methods are safe and secure for completing your transaction. If you do not have any of these payment options available, please contact us so we can offer you the option to pay using ATH Móvil. • Insurance We do not accept health insurance at this time. If you wish to submit a reimbursement claim to your insurance provider, we will gladly provide the necessary documentation at no additional cost. • Restrictions Our services are available only to individuals who are residents of Puerto Rico.
