• Review of Laboratory and Functional Diagnostic Tests A detailed interpretation of your lab results and any functional diagnostic evaluations to better understand your current health status. • Clinical Assessment and Updated Diagnosis (if applicable) Evaluation of your symptoms, response to treatment, and determination of any new or updated diagnoses as needed. • Adjustment of Your Personalized Treatment Plan Refinement of your individualized plan based on your progress, including modifications to lifestyle recommendations, nutrition guidance, supplementation, or natural therapies.
Appointment Policy
• Appointments by Reservation Only We provide care by appointment only. This allows us to offer personalized, timely service and ensure each patient receives the attention they deserve. • Deposit & Cancellation Policy A 50% deposit of the selected service is required at the time of booking. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable if you do not attend your appointment or if you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice. • Online Payments Our platform accepts payments through Stripe (Visa, American Express, Discover, Mastercard, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and more) as well as PayPal. Both payment methods are safe and secure for completing your transaction. If you do not have any of these payment options available, please contact us so we can offer you the option to pay using ATH Móvil. • Insurance We do not accept health insurance at this time. If you wish to submit a reimbursement claim to your insurance provider, we will gladly provide the necessary documentation at no additional cost. • Restrictions Our services are available only to individuals who are residents of Puerto Rico.
