Service Description
This acupuncture package includes five acupuncture sessions tailored to your primary concern, designed to support therapeutic progress and symptom relief. Sessions may also incorporate complementary therapies such as electroacupuncture, TENS, fire cupping, and moxibustion as clinically indicated. Total value: $500. Full payment is required prior to the first session and is non-refundable. Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. **To select this package, you must have completed your initial in-person visit, and Dr. Zamora must determine that acupuncture and complementary natural therapies are the appropriate course of treatment for you.
Appointment Policy
• Appointments by Reservation Only We provide care by appointment only. This allows us to offer personalized, timely service and ensure each patient receives the attention they deserve. • Deposit & Cancellation Policy A 50% deposit of the selected service is required at the time of booking. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable if you do not attend your appointment or if you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice. • Online Payments Our platform accepts payments through Stripe (Visa, American Express, Discover, Mastercard, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and more) as well as PayPal. Both payment methods are safe and secure for completing your transaction. If you do not have any of these payment options available, please contact us so we can offer you the option to pay using ATH Móvil. • Insurance We do not accept health insurance at this time. If you wish to submit a reimbursement claim to your insurance provider, we will gladly provide the necessary documentation at no additional cost. • Restrictions Our services are available only to individuals who are residents of Puerto Rico.
