Service Description
This follow-up acupuncture session is provided after the initial evaluation and once Dr. Zamora has established the most appropriate therapeutic plan for your needs. Each visit focuses on continuing your individualized treatment to support healing, reduce symptoms, and restore balance. In addition to acupuncture, sessions may incorporate complementary natural therapies such as electroacupuncture, TENS therapy, fire cupping, moxibustion, and other modalities as clinically indicated. These techniques work together to enhance therapeutic outcomes, promote circulation, reduce pain, and support overall wellness.
Appointment Policy
Appointments by Reservation Only We provide care by appointment only. This allows us to offer personalized, timely service and ensure each patient receives the attention they deserve. Deposit & Cancellation Policy A 50% deposit of the selected service is required at the time of booking. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable if you do not attend your appointment or if you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice. Online Payments Our current platform accepts payments exclusively through PayPal Business. If you use another person’s PayPal account, all appointment notifications will be sent to the email associated with that account. To avoid confusion, we recommend using your own PayPal account or contacting us to update your appointment details. If you do not have a PayPal account, you may contact us to process your payment via ATH Móvil Business, Apple Pay, or cash. Insurance We do not accept health insurance at this time. If you wish to submit a reimbursement claim to your insurance provider, we will gladly provide the necessary documentation at no additional cost. Restrictions Our services are available only to individuals 21 years or older who are residents of Puerto Rico.
