This brief introductory consultation allows you to discuss your primary health concerns, learn about our approach, and determine whether our services are the right fit for your needs. It is an opportunity to ask questions, explore treatment options, and understand how we can support your wellness goals. No treatment is performed during this visit. **If you choose to begin your wellness journey with Dr. Zamora, your initial visit MUST be in person for a physical examination and a more comprehensive evaluation.
Appointment Policy
• Appointments by Reservation Only We provide care by appointment only. This allows us to offer personalized, timely service and ensure each patient receives the attention they deserve. • Deposit & Cancellation Policy A 50% deposit of the selected service is required at the time of booking. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable if you do not attend your appointment or if you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice. • Online Payments Our platform accepts payments through Stripe (Visa, American Express, Discover, Mastercard, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and more) as well as PayPal. Both payment methods are safe and secure for completing your transaction. If you do not have any of these payment options available, please contact us so we can offer you the option to pay using ATH Móvil. • Insurance We do not accept health insurance at this time. If you wish to submit a reimbursement claim to your insurance provider, we will gladly provide the necessary documentation at no additional cost. • Restrictions Our services are available only to individuals who are residents of Puerto Rico.
